Rules
for Linking From 4everymeal.co.uk
We are keen to provide links to and from
our site to make the site an exciting source of food-related information and
contact. When you choose to have a link from our site (whether it is part of a
promotional package with 4everymeal or whether it is free of charge or paid
for) the linking rules apply.
Tips on effective linking
You are advised that mere links
are more effective if you provide interesting material for the site which
is not a direct advertisement. If you supply information which is useful
to the 4everymeal site (usefulness will be decided at the sole discretion
of 4everymeal), you may be permitted a separate page for that information
(if you wish) with appropriate additional links to your site. Those pages
will be subject to these rules and our general terms applicable to advertisers
and sponsors (so far as applicable) and in particular we reserve the right
to refuse any material.
Rules for Linking
1. You warrant that: · any material that you produce for our
site (e.g text, logo and/or graphics ) are not in breach of any third party's
copyright or other intellectual property rights and will not contain any
unlawful, illegal or defamatory material; · any such material supplied
has been tested by a reasonably up to date virus-checker and found to be
virus-free; · any such material supplied may be used for the purposes
for which it is supplied; · your site (to which the link is effected)
will not give rise to any claim against 4everymeal for whatever reason.
2. If you
include more than a basic entry, any information given must not be misleading
or inaccurate in any way and must comply with all relevant advertising
restrictions and codes. You are responsible for ensuring that the content
complies with all applicable laws.
3. 4everymeal reserves the right to remove
any material from our site at any time without any justification. We also
reserve the right to vary or modify the contents of any material supplied to us
in our absolute discretion. However, we will endeavour to inform you of any
changes prior to making those changes to give you the opportunity to withdraw
the material.
4. You agree to indemnify 4everymeal (on a full indemnity basis)
against all costs, claims and liabilities which may arise from breach of these
rules.
5.
Interpretation of these rules will be strictly in accordance with English law
and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of English Courts of law. |
